ESL Program Pictures Hmong Cultural Center Spring 2005 In terms of numbers of students served, Hmong Cultural Center has some of the highest enrollments of Hmong refugees arriving from Wat Thamkrabok of any non-profit agency service provider in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
